Although PAL will be fully opening, some things will be changing. The Hockessin and Delaware City PAL will be open until 6pm until further notice instead of 7pm. Garfield Park remains 7pm. Masks must be warn at all times as well as hand washing/ hand sanitizer use will be required upon entering the building and before/after activities. Please be sure to ask your host location of any changes or exceptions for medical conditions.
