The Police Athletic League of Delaware hosts three programs throughout New Castle County: Delaware City, Hockessin, and New Castle.
Delaware City PAL
The Delaware City PAL serves as a host to a myriad of prevention activities for youth ages Kindergarten-18. We host several educational and athletic activities, including: the S.A.V.E program, STEM, computer lab with internet access, game room, seasonal sports clinics, and a basketball court for open-gym/free-play. A few of the drop-in activities we host: basketball, flag football, baseball, soccer, floor hockey, dodgeball, kickball, wiffleball, and a weight room (age 14+). PAL is open to any youth and there has never been a fee for membership.
Throughout the school year our hours are: Monday to Friday 2:30-6:00 PM.
Our summer schedule at the Center is: Monday to Friday 12:00-6:00 PM.

Hockessin PAL
The Hockessin PAL has serviced over 5,000 youth since our opening on March 29, 2001. Like the other PAL of Delaware facilities, we offer FREE membership to youth between the ages of kindergarten-18 yrs old. We host several educational and athletic activities, including: Anti-bullying, BRIDGE, STEAM Works, Health & Fitness club, computer lab with internet access, game room, seasonal sports leagues/clinics, summer camp, and 3 basketball courts for open-gym/free-play. A few of the drop-in activities we host: basketball, flag football, baseball, wrestling, volleyball, soccer, floor hockey, dodgeball, kickball, wiffleball, and a weight room (age 14+).

- Our summer schedule is: Monday-Friday 1:00-5:30pm

New Castle PAL
The first site for the PAL of DE was opened in Garfield Park in 1994. The New Castle PAL serves as a host to a myriad of prevention activities for youth ages kindergarten-18 including: the S.A.V.E program, STEM program, S.W.A.T Leadership camp, a computer lab with internet access, game room, seasonal sports leagues/clinics and 2 basketball courts for open-gym/free-play. A few of the drop-in activities we host: basketball, flag football, baseball, wrestling, soccer, floor hockey, dodgeball, kickball, wiffleball, and a weight room (age 14+). PAL is open to any youth and there has never been a fee for membership.
